Hi, my name is Andy King and I was born in London on the 9th December 1970, a Wednesday I think.

I have been interested in drawing since a very early age and love to use my imagination to be as creative as I possibly can. As a child I would often dream up the most strange but amazing characters and monsters.

Using your imagination is so much fun. Try it.

Close your eyes and think of something, it can be as unusual as you like. Now, open your eyes and try and draw onto paper EXACTLY what you saw in your minds eye. Copy the colours,shapes and sizes that you imagined.

As an artist, I  paint and draw all sorts of different subjects with all sorts of different materials.

I paint Fantasy, animal portraits, landscapes, martial arts pictures ( I love Kung Fu and when I am not painting I teach martial arts) and photography.

My daughter, Jodie, also loves to paint and is a very good artist, we have great fun making up new characters together.
